The following Terms applies to any online order that you place with GoFly Instruments. Please read the Terms carefully. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Sales including the additional terms and policies referenced herein. GoFly Instruments reserves the right to change any part of these Terms. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes.
You may have rights under consumer protection laws of the jurisdiction of your purchase, or, if different, residence, which rights may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, in which case these Terms do not affect those rights to the extent that such rights may not be limited under law to those stated herein.
When you make a purchase, you will be charged the total amount of your order (plus any applicable taxes and shipping and handling charges) to the credit card provided. By concluding the transaction, you accept and agree to electronic invoicing.
GoFly Instruments accepts payment by Paypal which also is able to handle Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards. GoFly Instruments reserves the right to reject any and all tax exemption certificates.
GoFly Instruments reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any time prior to shipment, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed. GoFly Instruments may attempt to contact you if all or a portion of your order is cancelled, or if additional information is required to complete and accept your order. GoFly Instruments shall have no liability to you in the event of such cancellation.
GoFly Instruments will confirm your purchase by emailing you an order confirmation that outlines the details of your order, your order identification number and confirmation that the payment has been made to GoFly Instruments and that your credit card or paypal account has been charged accordingly. Once your order leaves GoFly Instruments, GoFly Instruments’s paypal shipping engine will send you an email with tracking number. Please occasionally check Your email spam box due to fact that Your email provider or email client might mark emails from GoFly Instruments as spam.

The cost of delivery, domestic or international will be applied to all orders based on shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided by you then the order will be returned to GoFly Instruments and you will be charged for all shipping and handling costs incurred. If an order cannot be delivered due to unavailability at the delivery address or refusal at the door, then the order will be returned to GoFly Instruments and you will be charged for all shipping and handling costs incurred.
Shipping time frame for priority mail is 2-4 weeks and might be affected also by customs handling time.
We try to deliver on time, but we cannot guarantee timely delivery due to limitations including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, credit check, order of incompatible items and inaccurate address.

If you are dissatisfied with GoFly Instruments product purchased for any reason, you have thirty (30) calendar days after the date of purchase to return the product to GoFly Instruments. You must return the goods in its original condition and provide a tracking number to GoFly Instruments. All delivery charges required to return are at your expense. Upon receipt of the returned product, GoFly Instruments will refund the cost of the product to the paypal/credit card charged at the time of purchase, less shipping fees.

Warranty & Help
If you encounter problems with your product, please contact GoFly Instruments to resolve the issue. If, within the warranty period (1 year), the issue cannot be resolved, you may exchange your defective GoFly Instruments product. GoFly Instruments will require a proof (email, receipt, paypal payment history) if you make a warranty claim for your GoFly Instruments’s product.
